From front to back: Ocean Perch, Salmon, Cod.  These went in the fish lasagna my wife made, along with the carrots being chopped here!

My wife was chopping carrots in preparations for a delicious fish lasagna (a Jamie Oliver recipe).  I really liked this angle.
